The demands of our practices continue to grow. Despite our best efforts, any of us can face ethics challenges. My goal is to assist my peers in developing and maintaining effective practice management strategies, resolving potential ethical issues, and promoting strong practitioners by providing effective defenses to grievances.
Practical Solutions
I take a pragmatic approach to solving ethics problems. Together we can often find ways to eliminate any potential harm to clients, and to mitigate the impact of a grievance. And, when necessary, I am ready to defend practitioners before the Grievance Commission and the Court.

The best resolution of a potential ethics issue is to resolve it before it becomes a problem. I appreciate the opportunity to help my colleagues navigate difficult ethical terrain while there is time to avoid negative outcomes for clients or for counsel.
